I love this quirky beauty, always changing its rosettes depending on light and temperature. Aeonium ‘Schwarzkopf’ is one of the winter-growing succulents, but it’s best to keep it indoors during the colder months to stay dry and frost-free. ️

How to look after it:

🌱 Use a well-draining soil mix with grit, perlite, or sand, and water only when the soil is completely dry, soggy soil can cause root rot.

☀️ Give it plenty of bright light, the more light, the deeper the purple colour. If you’re short on windowsill space, a grow light works wonders.

✂️ Easy to propagate from stem cuttings, just make sure the cut end has calloused over before planting.

With a little care, this beauty will reward you with rich colour and strong form all year round.

There’s a certain resemblance, don’t you think? Can you tell which one’s the plant? 😄
